Thank you for shopping at Baylee Bee. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refunds And Returns

We do not issue refunds. Instead, we offer store credit for returned items within 14 days of purchase.


You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged item.

Exceptions
Several types of items are exempt from being returned:
    •    Gift cards
    •    Soiled or stained items

Shipping
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
