We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Orders can take longer to process in the event of a holiday or high order volume.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

No Refunds: We offer store credit only for returns made within 14 days of purchase.
- Return Requirements: Items must be unused, in the original condition, and include proof of purchase.
- Exchanges: For defective or damaged items, please contact us right away for an exchange of the same item.
- Exceptions: Gift cards and soiled/stained items are non-returnable.
